Description
In this cross-functional role, you’ll be able to learn a lot, and will have exposure to all levels of the company. Our growth hacker will be part of the management team, and will work closely with product development and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries, resolve queries at the first point of contact wherever possible
- Record all customers’ activities in CRM system accurately
- Collect and update any relevant data relating to feedbacks/complaints/ recurring issues and provide reports and insights to the management, so issues can be solved and prevented effectively
- Keep up to date with any marketing, service initiatives in order to ensure excellent customer experience across touchpoints
- Identify and drive any process improvements for the processes or workflow across all stakeholders
- Provide quality service to customers as measured by internal monitoring and customer feedback, assist other areas of customer service where necessary
The Ideal candidate would be:
- Female age 22-30
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Arts, or any fields
- Good command of English (650 TOEIC score or higher is preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A professional manner and excellent personal presentation, including demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Polite, friendly, tactful and well presented to do the job
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good prioritization and follow-up skills
- Excellent computer and internet skills
